Services & technologies
Welding, bending, machining and inspection in one plant
We bend, weld, machine and inspect parts without shipping them to other suppliers. Here is an overview of the technologies and capacities we work with.
Welding & fabrication
We manufacture welded and machined structures to our customers’ requirements and drawings. We take care of the complete production process – from cutting through welding and grinding to precision machining and final inspection.
Robotic welding is handled by our own team of specialists in robot programming and operation. We run five welding robots – four Valk Welding and one Cloos. All Valk Welding robots are programmed offline: programs are prepared away from the cell, the robots keep welding while the next job is being prepared, and welds are repeatable across the whole series. We continue to expand our robotic welding capacity with modern equipment.
- Processes
- MIG/MAG, TIG – manual and robotic welding
- Materials
- alloy and non-alloy steels including stainless steel, aluminium

- Certification
- EN 1090-2 EXC3, EN 1090-3 EXC3

Sheet metal bending & forming
Our largest press brake is the LVD PPEB-H, a CNC machine with a bending length of 7.1 metres. We use it for long beams, frames, covers and special structural parts.
Small and medium-sized parts and series are bent on an LVD PPEB Turbo 220. Bending programs can also be prepared offline, away from the machine.
| Machine | Type | Bending length |
|---|---|---|
| LVD PPEB-H | CNC press brake for long parts | 7.1 m |
| LVD PPEB Turbo 220 | CNC press brake for small and medium-sized parts and series | – |
Materials: steel, stainless steel, aluminium.

CNC machining
We machine individual parts as well as complete welded structures – including large parts up to 10 metres long on the UNIPORT 6000 gantry machine. When welded parts are machined in the same plant, there is no transport in between and one supplier is responsible for dimensional accuracy.

| Machine | Type | Travel (X × Y × Z) |
|---|---|---|
| UNIPORT 6000 | Gantry machining centre | 10.0 × 2.0 × 1.0 m |
| PARPAS ML90 | High-precision 6-axis horizontal machining centre | 6.0 × 2.0 × 1.2 m |
| HAAS (2 units) | Horizontal machining centres | 1.6 × 1.27 × 1.0 m1.6 × 1.27 × 0.8 m |
| HAAS (3 units) | Vertical machining centres | 1.6 × 0.8 × 0.7 m1.0 × 0.5 × 0.6 m0.7 × 0.4 × 0.5 m |
Quality control & NDT
Non-destructive testing is carried out by our own team of specialists, so inspection does not have to wait for an external company. The scope of testing and documentation is agreed according to your requirements and the applicable standards.
- UT
- ultrasonic testing
- MT
- magnetic particle testing
- VT
- visual testing
- Dimensions
- dimensional inspection and reports as required by the customer

Complete assemblies
We deliver ready-to-fit welded assemblies – bent, welded, machined, inspected and documented. Most of our work is repeat and series production, typically preceded by a prototype or pilot batch.
In 2025 we added 2,000 m² of covered storage. This allows us to respond more flexibly to customer needs and to manage logistics efficiently, even for larger projects.
