- Welding coordinationWelding is coordinated by an International Welding Engineer (IWE) and carried out by certified welders to qualified welding procedures.
- In-house NDT teamUltrasonic, magnetic particle and visual testing right on the shop floor.
- TraceabilityMaterial traceability and documentation in line with customer requirements and standards.

Our quality and environmental management system policy is the top-level document that guides our activities and development. In it, the company’s management commits in particular to the following principles:

Meeting the requirements of customers and other interested parties, and building long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.

Continually improving the processes of our integrated management system in line with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, based on the analysis of risks and opportunities.

Protecting the environment, including prevention of pollution, reducing environmental impacts and using non-renewable resources sustainably.

Quality and Environmental Management System Policy

The quality and environmental management system policy is our top-level document, which we are committed to following in our activities and in developing our business. It is appropriate to the purpose and context of the organisation.
Our priority is to ensure long-term, successful and comprehensive development across the full range of our business activities and the continual improvement of the integrated management system.
Management is aware of its responsibility for the quality of products and services, for reducing risks in the organisation’s processes and for protecting the environment by minimising the environmental impacts of our processes and activities; we support environmental management at all levels and, through this approach, seek to have a positive influence on internal and external interested parties. Recognising the importance of occupational health and safety is an integral part of our business activities.
Management will provide all resources necessary for the organisation’s operation and its continual improvement.
At the same time, we recognise that qualified and competent employees are the cornerstone of the organisation’s development, and we therefore continuously recruit them to achieve this goal.
We want to remain an organisation that customers seek out because we provide high-quality and comprehensive services.
By adopting the integrated management system policy, management commits to:
- ensuring long-term, successful and comprehensive development across the full range of our business activities by building long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships;
- achieving efficient, productive and stable operation of our organisation through continual improvement of the integrated management system processes in compliance with applicable legislation;
- meeting the requirements of customers and all interested parties, with satisfied customers and company revenue as the measure of quality;
- performing and improving our activities by meeting the requirements of STN EN ISO 9001:2016 and STN EN ISO 14001:2016, applying the principles of risk and opportunity analysis, including actions to address risks and opportunities in quality assurance, improvement of the environment and environmental performance, and occupational health and safety;
- engaging only qualified and competent employees to carry out processes and activities;
- protecting the environment, including the prevention of pollution;
- regularly reviewing and reducing the impacts of the environmental aspects of our activities;
- using non-renewable resources sustainably;
- fulfilling compliance obligations in all areas of the integrated management system;
