Enquiries and messages from the contact form

When you send us an enquiry or a message, we process the data you provide: name, company, e-mail address, phone number, country, the content of your message and any attachments. We use this data to deal with your message, prepare a quotation and handle related business communication.

Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in communicating with business partners (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention: for as long as necessary to deal with the enquiry and related business communication; if a contract is concluded, for the periods required by law.

Messages from the form are not stored on the web server. They are sent by e-mail, and a technical log records only the time, language, subject and the domain of the e-mail address (e.g. “company.com”). We keep this log for 12 months. If a message cannot be sent, we store it securely on the server for a maximum of 90 days so that it is not lost.

Job applicants

If you send us your CV, we process the data it contains for recruitment purposes (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Once the recruitment process is over, we delete the data. We keep it longer only with your consent.

Cookies and web analytics

We always use the strictly necessary cookies required for the website to work. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager) are used only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Until you give your consent, no analytics cookies are stored. Consent is managed by the CookieYes tool, and you can change or withdraw it at any time via the Cookie settings link in the footer.

Spam protection of the form

The form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA. When it is used, technical data (e.g. IP address, browser information) is transmitted to Google to distinguish humans from automated programs. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the website against abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Recipients and transfers to third countries

Data may be processed by our processors: the web hosting provider (Websupport), the e-mail delivery service (Brevo), our e-mail service provider (Microsoft), Google (reCAPTCHA, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) and CookieYes (consent management). Where necessary to fulfil an order, we may share data with JONCKHEERE group companies in Belgium. For transfers to the USA, we rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, the right to data portability and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw your consent at any time. If you believe that we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava (dataprotection.gov.sk), or with the supervisory authority in your country.
